Ingredients

  • 1 kgT-bone Steak
  • Salt (as required)
  • 1/2 cupPapaya (blend with little water)
  • 1 tspTenderiser
  • 1 tbspGinger paste
  • 1 tbspGarlice paste
  • 1 tspPaprika
  • 1 tspChilli powder
  • 3 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix papaya with the rest into a paste and apply on t-bone steak pcs, keep in fridge overnite or atleast for 6-8 hrs then remove from fridge keep it out for atleast 1/2 and hour then barbeque or grill or pan fry it on med flame till nicely browned up.
    Can baste with extra marinade mixed with little oil
