Steps

Wash your Kayan Ciki thoroughly with warm water,

Crush your ginger,cloves,garlic and black pepper altogether. Grate your onions,scotch bonnet,tatasse and set aside.

Place your clean pot on fire,put in your washed Kayan Ciki,crushed ingredients above,Maggie,curry,salt and enough water let boil for minutes depending on the softness of the meat.

When its about 3/4 done pour in your grated stuffs in the 2nd step above put on low heat and let it boil until done.

It should be thick,not watery like pepper soup and not as dry as peppered meat. can be served with rice,pasta. Or as an appetizer.
