Ingredients

  • 2 cupsCooked rice
  • 2 cupVegetables as per choice
  • 2 tbspOil or ghee
  • 1 tbspSoya sauce
  • 1 tbspChilli sauce
  • 1 tbspGarlic paste
  • 1/2 tspVinegar
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 pinchMixed herbs
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Stir fry all chopped veggies in the oil along with garlic paste

  2. 2

    Add sauces salt pepper powder mixed herbs and boiled rice stir fry nicely and mix well..add little vinegar and saute again.serve hot.
