Steps

Blend all your vegetables, put to boil, allow to drain. And keep aside.

Wash your meat, add 2 cubes of knor, sliced onions, grated garlic, spices,salt and cook until soft. Fry and keep aside.

Fry your veg oil, add a little sliced onions then add your tomato paste. Fry for 5 minutes and add your meat stock, knor cubes, spices, and stir. Allow to cook for 3 minutes, add your fried meat and cook for 2 minutes.
