Preheat your oven to 180° for 15mins.Sift flour cocoa powder, baking soda and add sugar and mix well.

Add the dark chocolate to the boiling coffee and stir until it melts.

In a separate bowl mix all the wet ingredients (eggs,mala,oil,hot coffee,mint n vanilla essence and mix well until combined.

Add the flour to the wet mixture and fold in until well combined.

Pour the batter into your prepared tins and bake for 1hr or until a toothpick inserted comes out dry.
