Ingredients

  1. 250 gfish fillet
  2. As neededBreadcrumbs...
  3. As neededAll purpose flour...
  4. Egg wash..2-3 eggs
  5. Oil for frying
  6. For the marinade
  7. Vinegar/lemon juice
  8. Salt
  9. Mixed herbs
  10. Ginger
  11. Nutmeg

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean and pat dry your fish....cut it into finger like shapes....marinate it

    Get three bowls...one for flour, egg,and breadcrumbs

  3. 3

    Dip your fillet into the flour,followed by the egg...repeat procedure twice...before dipping in the breadcrumbs...roll them between your hands to form the perfect "finger-like" shape

    Deep fry them in hot oil...till it is golden brown on the outside and well cook on the inside
