Kesariya Coconut laddu
Steps

Dry roast desiccated coconut in a pan for 1 minute so that it's raw smell goes out.

Heat Kadhai. Add fresh cream or malai and sugar. Stir well until 1 string consistency.

Add coconut & cardamom powder. Add saffron milk. Mix all properly. Remove from gas.

Rest it until cool. Make laddu.
