Clean and pat dry your fish....cut it into finger like shapes....marinate it

Get three bowls...one for flour, egg,and breadcrumbs
- 3
Dip your fillet into the flour,followed by the egg...repeat procedure twice...before dipping in the breadcrumbs...roll them between your hands to form the perfect "finger-like" shape

Deep fry them in hot oil...till it is golden brown on the outside and well cook on the inside
