Steps

Heat pan. Slightly roast cashews. Crush cashews in mixer. Do not over grind them.

Heat a pan add khoya. Roast it until golden. Add sugar. Mix well.

Saute until sugar and khoya mixed well and starts leaving pan. Add crushed cashews.

Mix all properly. Saute for 1-2 minutes.

Grease a dish with ghee. Transfer khoya and cashew mixture. Spread evenly. Now cut with heart cookie cutter.

Keep it in fridge for 15-20 minutes. Garnish with cashews.

Serve khoya kaju hearts.
