Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgchicken
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1/2 tsprosemary
  • 1/2 tspcoriander
  • Cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the chicken in pieces and marinate in salt, rosemary, black pepper, coriander and store for one hour.

  2. 2

    In a dry pan, add some oil, put the marinated chicken, fry on both sides in little oil until golden brown.
