Wash, drain and cut your vegetables then keep aside.

Wash your meat, stock fish and kpomo, cut the kpomo into smaller sizes, put all in a pot, add 3 maggi cube, spices, diced onions, salt and cook until soft and water almost drained.

Add your crayfish, dawadawa, palm oil, and stir. Add your water leaf and cover the pot, allow to cook for 3 minutes then stir and add your remaining cubes, add your ugwu leaf and cover the pot, allow to cook for a minute and stir, add salt to taste and allow to simmer for 30 seconds then turn off the heat.

Serve with rice or any swallow of your choice.
