Braise onions in melted butter.

Add sliced mushroom...add salt and aromat for taste and cook until the water has dried out

Add fresh cream and stir

Whilst cooking mix 1 tablespoon of maziena with a little milk and make a paste

Pour into mushroom and cream mixture and allow to cook. Takes a few seconds to thicken
