In a bowl put maida,add some water. Make slurry.

In a Heat pan add oil. In a slotted spoon put slurry,make boondi from this,golden colour.

In a pan boil the milk,add sugar, cardamom.

Make it some thick.

Remove it from the flame.

Add boondi in it.keep it a side for soaking the milk.

In a laddle put ghee 1 tsp.heat it.add Kapoor in it.temper the boondi from this.

Keep it in a serving bowl.

Garnish it it dry fruits & rose patels.

Serve it hot or cool.

This dish is very traditional.
