Firstly with the help of palm mashed the paneer nicely. Then in bowl put milk and kesar for soaking.

Then take non stick pan put ghee heat it then add condensed milk and continusally saute it the low the flame.

Now add mashed paneer and saute it continusally.

Then add cardamom powder, kesar and mix it till mixture get thicken.

Then take greased plate spread mixture on it. Then cut in desired shape.
