Soak dal in water for 1 hour and roughly grind it..

Add dry fruits and khoya in it

Mix it well

Then make small balls and deep fry all on medium to slow flame

When it become golden brown, it's done..

Mean while, take a wok

Add sugar, water and rose water in it and make 1 thread sugar syrup

Then add all gulab jamun in it, soak it for 1/2 and hour in sugar syrup

And serve hot..
