Take a wok

Add boiled bottle gourd, milk powder, milk and malai in it and cook it on slow flame

When bottle gourd observe all the milk, add sugar and dry fruits in it..

And it's done..

Mean while..boil the milk and add lemon juice in it slowly, and make cottage cheese

Strain it and wash it in cold water..

Then mash cottage cheese for 7 minutes..and make small balls

Then take a wok..

Add sugar and water in it and after 1 boil add cottage cheese balls in it and boil it for 7 to 10 minutes

Then take a bowl, add bottle gourd halwa, then add cherries and crumbled rasgulla, then again make a layer and put rasgulla on the top..
