Heat up the oil and add the pork chipolatas, turn them over often

Cook all sides for around 10 minutes on medium heat so as not to burn them.

Using about 1/2 cup of the water add the chicken stock cube and mix then add to the sausage when cooked.

Add the honey and stir

Add the stock also the rest of the water

Add the cornflour and stir to thicken

Add the pineapples stir in.

Add the sweet peppers and Tomatoes also the Balsamic vinegar and stir heat up on medium. Cut the dausag into 3 bitesize pieces.

Serve hot with some sweet potato mash or on top of rice.
