Khatta Meetha Poha chivda
Steps

Heat oil in a kadhai. Once oil heated deep fry peanuts till golden brown. Transfer in to big vessel.

Add all ingredients of masala in a bowl. Mix well.

Sprinkle some masala on peanuts.

Now fry poha and corn flakes. Sprinkle some masala. Remove remaining oil from kadhai.

Pour 1 tbsp oil in same kadhai. Add fennel seeds, raisins, cashews in oil. Saute for a minute. Add murmure. Saute it till light brown. Now add remaining masala in murmure.

Add sauted murmure in fried poha & cornflakes. Mix all properly.

Enjoy khatta meetha poha chivda.
