It been my birthday, I tried this recipe I loved from Sarah Graham Food Safari show. I love the flavour combo as it keeps one guessing which flavours are in it.

It been my birthday, I tried this recipe I loved from Sarah Graham Food Safari show. I love the flavour combo as it keeps one guessing which flavours are in it.
Steps

Preheat your oven at 150°C.

Grease and dust your baking Tim and set aside

Sift your flour and set aside.

Grate the lemon to obtain the lemon zest. Squeeze it to obtain the juice.

Cut the rosemary leaves into small pieces.
- 6
Cream your margarine and sugar until fluffy.

Add the eggs one at a time while mixing to in the creamed butter. It should continue been fluffy and pale.

Add the lemon zest and juice to the wet ingredients

Fold in the flour and add the butter milk but by bit. Start and end with the flour.

Add the rosemary leaves and whisk gently to incorporate into the butter.

Pour it into the baking tin and bake for 50mins or until skewer inserted comes out clean.

In a bowl whisk the butter and cocoa powder.

Decorate as you wish. Enjoy!
