Ingredients

  • 250 gmlauki
  • 1.5 cupbesan
  • 3 cuponion puree
  • 2 cuptomato puree
  • 1 tspginger and garlic paste
  • 2green chilli
  • 2 tspcoriander leaves
  • 1 tspjeera
  • as neededOil
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspkitchen king masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate the lauki and remove the excess water from it.

  2. 2

    Take a bowl add grated lauki,besan,salt,red chilli powder mix well without adding water.

  3. 3

    To make a shape of kofta and fry it and keep aside.

  4. 4

    Take a cooker heat oil add jeera crackle it add onion,green chilli and ginger and garlic paste till them brown add tomato puree cook for7-8 min

  5. 5

    Now add all spices mix well.cook again for a few minutes.

  6. 6

    Now add koftas and required boiled water.

  7. 7

    Cover the lid tightly and after 2min off the flame.

  8. 8

    Your lauki kofte is ready.
