Heat a pan.melt 1 tablespoon Butter with some oil. Saute chopped onion and garlic. Stir it couple of a minute.add chopped tomatoes and stir occasionally. Mix all veggies and stir gently. Add potatoes.

Add salt and pepper. Some turmeric powder and mix well.add 2 slited green chilli. Combine pav vaji masala and red chilli powder. 3-4 minute leter add water and mash the veggies. Check consistency. Switch off the gas and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and spring onion.

Cut the halves of paw. Heat a nonstick tawa. Grease with butter. Put some red chilli powder and paw vaji masala. Toss the paw gently both sides.

Serve hot with some butter onion rings tomatoes and green chilli.
