Ingredients

  1. 4 pieceschicken leg
  2. 2 tspginger garlic paste
  3. 2cashew
  4. 2almond
  5. 3 tablespoonchilli powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  7. 1 tablespoonscoriander powder/ dhaniya powder
  8. 150 mlcurd
  9. 1lemon
  10. to tastesalt
  11. 2 tablespooncumin
  12. 1 tablespoonpepper powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind jeera, cashew and badam and keep it aside

  2. 2

    Add all the ingredients and paste of jeera, cashew, badam paste and salt as per the taste to fresh clean chicken mix properly and keep it to marinate for 2-3 hours in refrigerator. long time marinated tastier will be chicken.

    Add 3-4 tablespoons of oil in wide kadai add marinated chicken and cook till water gets dried.

    Take cooked chicken leg and place it on a grill. grill it for a minute or more can apply lemon if you like more tangy

  5. 5

    Serve it with mint chutney or tomato sauce
