Ingredients

  • 2brinjals
  • 2 tbspOil
  • PinchAsafoetida
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2tomato (puree)
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededCoriander leaves for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    First wash and cut Brinjals.

  2. 2

    Then take a cooker add oil heat it.add Asafoetida, cumin seeds spluter it.Add tomato pure cook 1 min on low flame. Add all spices cook 1 min add Brinjals,

    Take 1 whistle...mash it garnish with coriander.
