Ingredients

  1. 1brinjal
  2. 2 tbspOil
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 2 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  5. 2Chopped onions
  6. 2Tomato chopped
  7. as needed Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    First apply oil on brinjal and put it on low fllame on gas and bake it from all sides. When it bakes remove the black skin of brinjal and wash it properly. Now mash the pulp.

    Take a kadahi add oil, onion and choppd tomatoes saute it properly and add all dry masalas.

  3. 3

    Put brinjal pulp in the sauted masala and leave it on low flame till it leaves oil and then serve it,garnish with coriander leaves.
