Steps

BBQ brinjal with skin and 1 slice. Ensure oil on skin.

Cut tomato, garlic, onion.

Peel skin off from brinjal and mash the brinjal.

In oil give tadka. Add onions. Add red chilli. Add garlic. Saute.

Add tomato and salt. Once cooked. Add 1tsp moms chilli powder and 1tsp thikhalal. And add haldi.

Add 1tbsp peanut power to brinjal.

Once cooked. Add brinjal in the pot and cook on low. Add coriander.
