Ingredients

  1. 1large brinzal
  2. as per tasteSalt
  3. as per tasteRed chilli
  4. 2onion
  5. 2tamatos
  6. 1 tspginger garlic
  7. 1 tspturmeric
  8. 1 tspgaram masala
  9. 1 tspcoriander powder
  10. 1 tspcumin
  11. 2 tbsp oil

Cooking Instructions

    First grease brinzal,prick by fork and roast on direct flame

  2. 2

    Peel it and mash it,keep aside

  3. 3

    Now in a wok add oil,add cumin,saute ginger garlic,onion,tomato and spices,mix and cook till oil comes out

  4. 4

    Keep cover it and off the flame,serve it.

  5. 5

    Now mix brinzal,stir for a minute
