Ingredients

  1. 1 cupurad dal
  2. 1 cupkidney beans
  3. 1chopped onion
  4. 2chopped tomatoes
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. to tasteChlli powder
  7. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  8. As needed Chopped fresh coriander for garnish
  9. As neededwater
  10. 2 tspoil
  11. 1 tspgarlic paste
  12. 1 tspCumin seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly soaked both gram atleast 2-3 hours

  2. 2

    Further both grams boil into a cooker upon 3 whistle

  3. 3

    Now make tarka heat oil into a pan

  4. 4

    Further add all spices and roast well

  5. 5

    Now add tomatoes and mix well

  6. 6

    Ready tarka pour upon dal

  7. 7

    At last dal garnish with coriander

  8. 8

    Finally ready dal makhni serve with rice and chapati
