Nachos with Guacamole and Black Bean Cream

Cut the avocados into cubes, squeeze the juice of one lime over them, and mash into a purée. Set aside.

Finely chop the onion and tomato, then mix them with the avocado.

Add a few drops of hot sauce, parsley, salt to taste, and the juice of the second lime. Mix well and set aside.

Heat the refried black beans in a saucepan over low heat. Add 4 tablespoons of cream cheese and stir until heated through.

Serve the tortilla chips on a large platter or plate, top with the black beans, and finish with the guacamole.
