Ingredients

  1. 500 gmince beef
  2. 1onion diced
  3. 1sweet potato diced
  4. 2courgettes diced
  5. Handfulmushrooms roughly chopped
  6. 1 tinchopped tomatoes
  7. 1 cartonpasata
  8. 1 Tbspmixed dry herbs
  9. 2 tsppaprika
  10. 4garlic cloves
  11. 150 gtagliatelle
  12. Handfulgrated cheese

    In a non stick pan gently fry the onion, courgette and sweet potato until potatoes go slightly soft add in mince beef and mushroom and gook until meat is brown.

    Boil tagliatelle for 10 mins or until soft and drain. In a separate pan pour in the tin tomatoes, pasata, garlic, mixed herbs and paprika. Stir thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook for about 5 mins to activate flavours.

    Put the beef in a baking dish or tin (I use disposable ones) and flatten. Then put on the tagliatelle and then your sauce. Sprinkle cheese on the top and bake on 200°C for 20 mins.
