1 cupall purpose flour/mandatory
1/2 cupsugar powder
1/2 cupchiroti rawa
as neededoil for frying

Mix maida and rawa make tight dough using water. and keep it aside for 30 min.

Make small balls out of dough.

Roll the balls thin circular shape.

Deep fry in oil
5

Sprinkle sugar powder on the fried poori
6

Enjoy as a evening crunchy snack.
