  • Boiled githeri
  • Ginger/garlic paste
  • Onions
  • Tomatoes
  • Hoho
  • Carrots
  • Dhania

Steps

  1. 1

    In a sufuria heat some oil, add onions, ginger garlic and let them brown

  2. 2

    Add the carrots and hoho and give it a good stir

  3. 3

    Add your boiled githeri and mix well

  4. 4

    Add some water for the stew and let it simmer till it thickens(the stew)

  5. 5

    Add dhania and serve with Avocado
