  • Tarugu
  • Tattasai
  • Onions
  • Curry
  • Maggi
  • Salt
  • Chicken stock

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend ur onions peppers ginger & garlic

  2. 2

    Heat ur cooking oil In a pot & pure in the puree

  3. 3

    When oil is separated frm d puree pour in ur chicken stock & put in ur Maggi enough curry to bring out the colour and salt to taste

  4. 4

    Wash your rice & pour into the boiling pot

  5. 5

    Cover the pot and leave to simmer for about 35min or when rice is soft

  6. 6

    Enjoy
