  • 1 cupyellow maize flour
  • 1/4 cupAll purpose flour
  • 1.5 tspbaking powder
  • 1egg
  • 3/4 cupmilk
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • Small bunch spring onions
  • 1red onions chopped into small bits

    Whisk everything together until well mixed.

    Deep fry in hot oil for 2-3 minute's.. serve with sauce of choice..
