  1. 1 cupyellow maize flour
  2. 1/4 cupAll purpose flour
  3. 1.5 tspbaking powder
  4. 1egg
  5. 3/4 cupmilk
  6. 1/2 tspsalt
  7. Small bunch spring onions
  8. 1red onions chopped into small bits

    Whisk everything together until well mixed.

    Deep fry in hot oil for 2-3 minute's.. serve with sauce of choice..
