1/2pineapple grated
1 tspmustard seeds
1 cupsugar
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 tspturmeric powder
As neededoil

Steam the grated pineapple

Heat oil and temper mustard seeds and red chilli whole

Add the pineapple and saute well
4

Add salt and turmeric powder and mix
5

Now add the sugar mix well and switch off
