Sliced bread
Butter/margarine
Eggs beaten
To tastesalt
To tasteblack pepper

Steps

In a wide bowl beat eggs with salt and pepper.

Apply margarine on one side of each of the bread slices. On the other side dip in beaten eggs
3

Place on heated non stick pan with the egg side down first, add a little butter so it doesn't burn. When ready turn to the other side and let it brown

Serve with hot tea or chocolate
