Sock cheak peas with baking soda over night

Cook in pressure cooker 6 whistle

Heat oil,add muster seed,jeera,& boil peas,add salt turmeric powder boil add as required water

Peel boil potato,add salt,corn flour,green chilli paste,ginger paste,mash & mix well

Make tikki shallow fry

For green chutney mix all ingredients in mixie jar grind & make chutney

Garlic chutney mix all ingredients in mixer Jar & make garlic chutney

Sweet chutney mix all ingredients & whistle 7 in pressure cooker than grind & boil still thick consistency

Serving take Pettis,add ragda,all chutney, chopped onion
