Ingredients

  1. 1grated apple
  2. 2 cupmilk
  3. Sugar as per taste
  4. Chopped dry fruits
  5. 1 tspghee
  6. 1/4 tspcrushed cardamom

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly heat ghee into a pan.

  2. 2

    Further add grated apple roast in low flame until it's become golden brown.

  3. 3

    Now add milk and simmer upon low flame until it's become perfect kheer consistency.

  4. 4

    Add sugar mix well and add cursed cardamom, chopped dry fruits.

  5. 5

    Ready to serve apple kheer.
