In a bowl,mix all imgredients for pakora.

Keep aside ready.

Heat oil in a kadai.

When it's hot,turn the heat to medium.

Using a spoon,drop a small portion of pakora into the oil.

Deep fry till it turns golden brown and crisp.

Transfer to a paper towel.

Keep aside.

Mix besan and curd to a lump free batter.

Add water.

Mix well.

Now for kadhi-heat oil in a kadai.

When it's heated,add methi seeds and cumin seeds.

Allow to splutter.

Add ginger paste

Fry well.

Add turmeric powder,chilli powder,curry leaves.

Now add besam mix stir till a boil,add pkoda cook for another 5 minutes. it's ready
