Ingredients

3 cupsfried gram
1 wholedry coconut
5 wholegarlic
20-25red chillies
to tastesalt
2 tablespoonjeera (optional)
hing(optional)

Dry roast the red chillies.

Mix all ingredients and to rough powder. store it in a air tight container.

Powder can be used to make dry sabji /palya/talimpu. can also have with dosa, rice and ghee.
