Grease a parchment paper & set aside, preheat the oven to 180°c.

Sieve maida, Coco powder, baking powder, baking soda together & keep aside.

In a mixing bowl add butter, condensed & beat it well, then add vanilla essence & again mix well, then fold in the dry ingredients & add milk & make a smooth batter out of it.

Spread thin layer of batter into the parchment paper & bake it in a preheated oven for 15-18min, once out of the oven cover the cake with a muslin cloth & let it cool completely.

Then spread fresh cream on 3/4th of the cake & place sliced strawberries on it & with a help of cling wrap carefully fold the cake into a log & refrigerate it for 2 hours.

After 2 hours cut the log into slices & serve
