Ingredients

20 minutes
4-5 servings
  • 1 bowlchestnut flour
  • 1/4 cupghee
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 tsprose water
  • 1 cupmilk

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a wok

  2. 2

    Add flour stir fry well

  3. 3

    Add sugar and milk and mix well and switch off

  4. 4

    As it cools down a bit add rose water

  5. 5

    Grease a dish spread evenly

  6. 6

    Cut into desired shape and serve
