Steps

Knead a soft dough with flour salt and oil

Boil the Potatoes adding salt

Peel off the Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder and keep aside

Now heat oil and fry the tomatoes adding salt and turmeric powder

Add ginger and cumin powder and red chilli Powder
- 6
Mix well till oil separates,add Potatoes and saute well
- 7
Add sugar and kasuri methi crush and switch off
- 8
Now divide the dough into equal proportion and roll them into desired shape
- 9
Heat a tawa and fry the parathas
