Wash the baby corns nicely and cut them in 2inch sizes.If the baby corns are thick. Slit them front between.

Now marinate the baby corns with cornflour, maida,rice flour and green chilli ginger paste.and keep it fr an hour.

Now take oil fr deep-fry the baby corns. When nicely heated. Put the marinated baby corns one by one in oil. Stir in between. Or they will stick to each other. Fry them till light golden brown.

To make them more crispy. Double fry them on high flame

Fry them till crispy golden brown. Take them out on kitchen tissue paper.

Your corns are ready and now have to be given final touch. Fry the capsicum and green chilli in little oil and keep aside. Take 2 tbsp oil add onions and stir them on high flame add sauces and continue on high flame the full process. Add the baby corns.lastly add the capsicum and green chilli, and give a good toss to baby corns. And serve hot with any dip or sauce.
