  1. 2kgOats Ghathia oats
  2. 1 cupoil / ghee
  3. 1 tspbaking soda
  4. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  5. 1 tsplaung / clove powder
  6. 2 cuphot water
  7. 1 pinchorange colour
  8. 4 cupcoconut oil
  9. 1 tspajwain / carom seeds
  10. 1 tspdalchini / cinnamon powder
  11. 1 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl & mix all the ingredients. Make a very soft dough with hot water. Allow the dough to rest for 10 mins. Heat coconut oil for frying in a pan on medium flame. Don't keep heat too high. Take a sev maker mould thick as per choice in machine. Insert dough as cylindrical rolls in machine
