Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmix fruits (apple,pears, mango or orange)
  2. 1 cuphung curd
  3. 3 tbsppowdered sugar or honey (as per your taste.)
  4. as neededSome saffron strands soaked in 1 tbsp warm milk
  5. 1 tspcardamom powder
  6. as neededSome chopped dry fruits

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove the seeds from fruits and cut them in small pieces

  2. 2

    In bowl mix curd, cardamom powder, sugar / honey and saffron milk all together

    Grind it to make a smooth paste.

    Let it set in refrigerator for one hour.

    Now put the Fruits in a serving bowl then add the mixture of curd.

    Garnish with dry fruits and saffron strands.
