When hunger strikes, you strike back with a bang! Making a meal for one can be hard at times (most times🙄).. So you find something fun and simple to make😁

Slice up your onions then save half.. The other half fry in a pan until just translucent, beat up your eggs with a pinch of salt and pour on the onion(we are basically making an omelette.

Set aside, fry up the smokie slices and set aside. Then toast one side of each slice of bread.

Now it's time to assemble.

First, apply bread spread on the side that isn't toasted

Then cut up the egg in half and place one half on top, then some smokie slices, then onions

On to that add some tomato slices

Apply some mayonnaise and mustard

Then repeat the process, beginning with eggs and ending with mustard

Apply bread spread on the second slice and cover

Sandwich is ready
