Clean your fresh and well riped mausmi.

Using a clean cloth,dry then.

Cut across 1 mausmi at a time as u squeeze using your hand.

Once you are done with all your 4 mausmi, get a clean glass and a sieve
- 5
Once done with sieving,transfer it to yet another clean glass ready for service.garnish with a slice of mausmi.
