Wash and soak both Saalu for 4 hours minimum.

In a mixie jar add daalwadas, coriander, green chilli, ginger garlic and mix it to coarse paste.Add asaefotida and salt to it. Rest it for 1 hour.

Take oil in a pan. Once hot make vadas in hot oil on medium flame.

Serve hot daalwadas with fried green chillies and long chopped onions.
