Ingredients

15 minutes
  1. 6 cupsflour
  2. 6 tspbaking powder
  3. 2 tspbircabonate of soda
  4. 1 cupsugar
  5. 5eggs
  6. 2 TBSvanilla essence
  7. 500 gMargarine
  8. 1 tspeach Apricot jam
  9. Sprinkle of coconut

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat oven 180 degrees Celsius

  2. 2

    Take a mixing bowl and pour the margarine and sugar mix well with a hand mixer

  3. 3

    Add eggs before adding them just crack them separately so that you won't make that mistake of cracking a expired eggs.

  4. 4

    After mixing them with a hand mixer the dough is smooth and silky add vanilla essence, baking powder and bircabonate of soda.

  5. 5

    After mixing the sift the flour and mix now don't use the mixer but use the wooden pin and fold gentle until the dough is well mixed.

    Take your baking pan grease it with baking spray if you have I use margarine and sprinkle flour on the pan

  7. 7

    Roll your dough in small ball and take your thumb and press then scoop that 1 TSP of jam and sprinkle with coconut

    Then bake for 15 minutes on a 180 degrees Celsius

    Once baked remove the and cool them the serve them with tea or juice as it's summer juice will do enjoy
